Refund & Return Policy

At Signature Element, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every fragrance we create. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Window
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered, regardless of the reason.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
• Fragrance Dissatisfaction — If you do not like the scent of the perfume after trying it, we will honour a return request, subject to the usage condition outlined in Section 4.
• Product Damage — If the product arrives damaged in any form, including a leaking bottle, oily residue caused by breakage, a cracked or broken bottle, or any other physical damage that occurred during transit or storage.
• Incorrect Item Received — If you received a different fragrance or variant than what was ordered.
3. How Refunds Are Issued
All approved refunds will be issued as a store voucher redeemable exclusively on the Signature Element online store. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. The voucher will be sent to the email address associated with your order within 3–5 business days of return approval.
4. Prorated Refund Based on Usage
If the returned product has been used beyond 10% of the original volume, the refund will be prorated accordingly. For example, if 30% of the fragrance has been used, the voucher issued will reflect 70% of the original purchase price. Products used beyond 50% of their original volume are not eligible for any refund.
5. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Returned in their original packaging, including box, cap, and any accompanying inserts.
• Free from tampering, relabelling, or any alterations made by the customer.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
• Gift sets, limited edition releases, or promotional bundles purchased at a discount.
• Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event.
• Products that have been used beyond 50% of their original volume.
• Any item reported after the 7-day return window has passed.
7. Return Shipping
For returns due to personal preference (e.g. disliking the fragrance), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Signature Element will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.
8. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product (especially for damage claims). Our team will respond within 2 business days to guide you through the process.
9. Fraud Prevention
Signature Element reserves the right to decline return requests that show signs of misuse, tampering, or fraudulent intent. Customers found to have submitted false damage claims or misrepresented product usage may be permanently restricted from future purchases.
10. Policy Amendments
Signature Element reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
