All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to photography, screen settings, or packaging updates.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in PKR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of placing your order are the prices that will apply to that order.

We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until it has been confirmed by us. Signature Element reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

•          Suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorised payment.

•          Errors in product description, pricing, or availability.

•          Inability to verify customer information.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 4-5 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. Signature Element is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. We are unable to re-route or recover parcels dispatched to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Refunds & Returns

All returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms set out therein.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to brand name, logo, product names, imagery, copy, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Signature Element. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

•          Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

Our fragrances contain a blend of natural and synthetic ingredients. While we use high-quality, industry-standard components, we strongly recommend conducting a patch test before full use. Signature Element is not responsible for any skin reactions, sensitivities, or allergic responses. If you have known sensitivities, please review the ingredient list for each product before purchase.

13. Governing Law
