Shipping Policy

At Signature Element, every order is carefully packed to ensure your fragrance arrives safely and beautifully. Please review our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number where available.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following:

          Domestic — All cities and regions within Pakistan.

          International — Selected countries across the Middle East, South Asia, Europe, and beyond. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at connect@signature-element.com and we will do our best to assist.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

4. Free Shipping Threshold

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over PKR 5000. Free shipping thresholds for international orders may vary and will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.

6. Packaging

Every Signature Element order is packaged with care — bottles are secured to prevent movement, wrapped protectively, and placed in our branded outer packaging. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure your fragrance arrives intact and presentation-ready, whether for personal use or as a gift.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Signature Element has no control over customs delays or additional charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Please note: perfumes are classified as hazardous goods for air freight due to their alcohol content. Some countries may restrict or prohibit the import of alcohol-based fragrances. It is the customer's responsibility to verify their local import regulations before placing an order.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, Signature Element is not liable for delays caused by:

          Third-party courier or postal service delays.

          Customs clearance hold-ups.

          Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

          Force majeure events including weather disruptions, strikes, or public health emergencies.

9. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or any safe drop location, then contact your local courier or post office. If the parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, please contact us at connect@signature-element.com and we will work with the courier to resolve the matter. Claims for lost parcels must be raised within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

10. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at connect@signature-element.com. We will attempt to update the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been collected by the courier. Signature Element is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
